This policy covers the information you share with Mishawaka Local Tree Service when you call the number shown on this site or fill in the request form.
Information we collect
The request form sends us what you enter. Name and phone number are required fields. Email, town, the service you picked and the description of your tree are up to you.
Each phone call creates a record of the calling number, the date, time and length of the call, and the general location that number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and you hear a short notice about it before the call connects. A voicemail left when nobody picks up is recorded as well.
How it is used
We use your details to phone you back about your tree and arrange a visit. We also tally calls and form requests to see how the site is doing. We do not sell your information or add you to any mailing list.
Who sees it
Your request, call and voicemail are passed to the tree service company that handles the job, so it can reach you and give you a price.
A few outside providers run the systems this site depends on. Twilio handles the phone calls and stores recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and holds form requests. Telegram delivers an alert to us for each new request or voicemail so we can respond fast. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites. There is no advertising code on this site.
How long it is kept
Call records, recordings and form requests stay only as long as they are useful for following up on your job and keeping accurate records. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your choices
To find out what we hold about you, or to have it fixed or deleted, call the number on this site or use the request form and say so in your message. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date below.
